Information on the ascertainment, processing and use of your data (General Data Protection Regulation). Please note that the Special Data Protection Regulation is additionally valid, if it has been explicitly agreed to in the context of the registration for a service.

We consider your confidence in the proper handling of your data as an important requirement for the success of our online offer. Therefore, we attach great importance to data protection. The ascertainment, processing (covers storage, alteration, transmission, blocking and deletion) and use of your data takes only place under observation of the valid legal data protection regulations. Subsequently, we would like to briefly state our principles concerning the ascertainment, processing and use of your data.

1. Ascertainment, processing and use of individual-related data

Individual-related data is information on a person’s identity, such as name, address, date of birth or e-mail address. Such data occur, for example, when you conclude a contract or participate in a lottery.

a. General use of our online offer
Basically, no individual-related data is collected, processed and/or used because of the use of our online offer.

b. Use of services
Individual-related data are only collected, if you communicate them to us of your own accord. Then we process and use these data as far as it is necessary for the provision of the respective service.

c. Use of your data for the customer relationship management
In the context of our online offer, we offer you the possibility of being informed by us about interesting offers and news in the most different ways (e-mail, phone and/or SMS/MMS). For each company of the ProSiebenSat.1-group or our co-operation partners, contacting you is centrally carried out by the SevenOne Intermedia GmbH which is responsible, within the ProSiebeSat.1-group, for the care of the relationship to the end customer, thus the customer relationship management. Therefore, the data collected from you are forwarded to them, as long as the data have not been collected by the SevenOne Intermedia GmbH itself, and are stored, processed and used (including the connection and interpretation) in a central database of the SevenOne Intermedia GmbH. This includes the use of these data by the SevenOne Intermedia GmbH for other companies of the ProSiebenSat.1-group.

2. Ascertainment, processing and use of usage data

Usage data are data that do not actively allocate themselves, but can be passively collected, while you are using this website for example.
When visiting our online offer, we store the domain name or the IP address of the enquiring computer, the file enquiry of the client (file name and URL), the http-response-code, the website from which you are visiting us, as well as the date and the duration of your visit for a period of four (4) workdays. The storage is carried out in order to detect malfunctions and abuse of our online offer and our telecommunication services and facilities, as far as it is necessary for establishing further connections and/or for the purpose of invoicing. An interpretation of your usage data for the development of individual-related usage profiles does not take place, as long as you did not explicitly agree to it. In the event of malfunctions or abuse, we reserve the right to report to the law enforcement agency. Further use or forwarding of your usage data to third parties does not take place.

3. Usage of cookies

• What are cookies?
A cookie is a small text file that is sent by www-servers when visiting a website and is buffered on the hard disk of the respective user. If the respective server is accessed again, the user’s browser will send the cookie, which has been received before, back to the server. Then the server can interpret the information received through this procedure in different ways. For example, advertisement pop-ups can be controlled or the navigation on websites can be made easier by cookies.

• How does SIM use cookies?
When a user visits a site of our online offer, cookies are sent to the user’s browser and stored on the user’s hard disk. These cookies are used to make our online offer more user-friendly, more effective and safer. The cookies do not contain individual-related data or any personal information on you, so that we are not able to identify you by means of information gained via cookies. The gained information are only used for the purpose of creating statistics on the use of our online offer. Thus, we can best customize our online offer and make surfing on our online offer as comfortable as possible for you. Furthermore, we set cookies so that you can recall the content of your shopping cart across different sites. If you activate the auto-log-in, the respective site of our online offer would also set you a cookie in which your registration data is stored so that you do not have to manually log in anymore. When you have activated it once, you can deactivate the auto-log-in at any time. If you do not want to make use of the advantages of cookies, our online offer can naturally be used without cookies. Each www-browser can be set in such a way that cookies are generally refused.

4. Forwarding of your data

For the implementation of the customer relationship management, your data are only forwarded to companies of the ProSiebenSat.1-group. Your data will not be forwarded to our co-operation partners or other third parties, unless
• your explicit consent is on hand
• a third party can prove to us that you have violated its rights by introducing certain matters (texts, pictures, etc.) to our online offer, and it calls on us to deliver your data, or
• we are obligated to deliver your data, for example due to an order of the court or an official order.

5. Alteration of your data and revocation

We strive to properly store your individual-related data. However, you can alter (i.e. update, correct and/or supplement) or delete your data at any time. Before you can take such measures, we check your identity to protect your privacy and your security.

6. No liability for internet sites of partners

On our sites, we refer to different co-operation partners who offer internet sites and services on their part. Usually, these partners have own data protection statements. SIM does not assume liability for these statements that do not have a connection to us. We ask you to inform yourself about the respective data protection practice on the respective site.

7. Data security

We feel obliged to the security of your data. In order to prevent an unauthorized access or an unauthorized disclosure, and to ensure the correctness of the data and the authorized use of the data, we established respective technical and organizational procedures to secure and protect the data we have enquired online. However, SIM cannot assume responsibility or liability for the disclosure of your data due to errors in the data transmission and/or unauthorized access by third parties.

9. Alteration of the Data Protection Regulation

We reserve the right to alter this General Data Protection Regulation under observation of the valid data protection regulations at any time. The version of the General Data Protection Regulation, that is available at the time of your visit, is always valid for the use of our online offer. If you have given us individual-related data of your own accord on the occasion of the use of services, you will be informed about altered conditions in a suitable way (e.g. via e-mail) four weeks before they come into effect at the latest. If you do not object to these alterations within four weeks after receiving the notification, the altered General Data Protection Regulation is deemed to be accepted. We will especially point out the importance of this four-week time limit in the
notification.

Special Data Protection Regulation

Please note that the Special Data Protection Regulation is only valid for persons who have explicitly agreed to it in the context of a registration for a service. The General Data Protection Regulation is additionally valid. At points where the General Data Protection Regulation and the Special Data Protection Regulation overlap, the Special Data Protection Regulation is preferentially valid.

We consider your confidence in the proper handling of your data as an important requirement for the success of our offer. Therefore, we attach great importance to data protection and use your personal data according to your consent and as described in the Special Data Protection Regulation. We would like to inform you about services that could be interesting for you (games, lotteries, community, club, shop, etc.) and offers of companies of the ProSiebenSat.1-group. Furthermore, we co-operate with partners (cooperation partners) from different fields in order to be able to submit interesting offers of them and, if possible, offers specific to you (e.g. reduced concert tickets, attractive lotteries, meetings with stars, special shopping advantages and much more).

In order to adjust our offer to your intersts in an optimal way, we collect, process (including storage, alteration, transmission, blocking and deletion of data) and use your data according to your consent as supplementary described in detail:

If you register with us, we will ask you to give us obligatory data as well as further optional data if necessary (these together are subsequently called “registration data”).

In order to provide you with offers, we use your registration data as follows:
We contact you via mail (e.g. special product offerings) and/or via e-mail (e.g. newsletters with interesting information of different companies of the ProSiebenSat.1-group and/or our co-operation partners) as well as – if you agreed to that – via phone and/or SMS/MMS.

For each company of the ProSiebenSat.1-group or our co-operation partners, contacting you is usually centrally carried out by the SevenOne Intermedia GmbH which is responsible, within the ProSiebeSat.1-group, for the care of the relationship to the end customer. Therefore, the data collected from you are forwarded to them, as long as the data have not been collected by the SevenOne Intermedia GmbH itself, and are forwarded by them to other companies of the ProSiebenSat.1-group as well as stored, linked and interpreted in a central database of the SevenOne Intermedia GmbH. The basic advantages for you are that we will –as far as possible – only send you offers and information that are really interesting for you, and that we can better control the extend of contacting by the different companies of the ProSiebenSat.1-group. In addition to that, you have also the advantage of having the SevenOne Intermeida GmbH as a central contact within the ProSiebenSat.1-group to which you can refer at any time, if you have questions concerning the data stored from you or if you do not agree to receiving certain information or offers any longer.

2. Ascertainment, processing and use of usage data

Usage data are data that can be passively collected while you are, for example, using a website, registering for a service, opening a newsletter or clicking a link. In order to completely adjust our services to your interests, we collect, process and use the necessary usage data and your reactions to information and offers sent to you (especially opening, clicking, enquiring information material, buying) by using cookies and IP addresses on our websites and link tracking in our e-mail campaigns. The usage data collected from you are, if necessary, also forwarded within the ProSiebenSat.1-group and stored, linked and interpreted in a central database of the SevenOne Intermedia GmbH. The intention in doing so is to provide you only with offers and information that are attractive for you.

3. Forwarding of data

We do not forward your data to companies outside the ProSiebenSat.1-group, unless you agreed to such a forwarding to co-operation partners or other third parties.

4. Possibility of revocation

If you are not interested in receiving certain information or offers any longer in the future or do not want to receive the information/offers via certain ways, please inform us via e-mail to

We will meet your request immediately. You can also refer to the mentioned address, if you want to revoke the consent to future ascertainment, processing and use of your data. Client

IP address
IP addresses allow the addressing of devices on the internet. Each computer has a unique IP address in the form of a series of numbers.

Link tracking
The registration of a user’s surfing behaviour.
